Due to a series of things going haywire, taking the night off from Ironheart and Unbound as by the time I got dinner I had already done the others and I won't have time to digest work out and get to bed on time.
Also, Ironheart is legs today and running after work is a lot more draining than hoped for.

Going back in my thread, I see in back in May I got to 15 days in in Runner Prime before throwing in the towel, and say I'm taking to it much better this time.
Probably helps that it's 60-85 degrees out instead of the 90s+heat index and UV index of 3 to 5 rather than 7 to 10.

Hips jelly, and would have been a day one of Rebound wich was more hips, so giving it a rest.
But I see we have new Plans, so Unbound might be swapped for Sage or Herald.
I do like the image for Sage, but weird seeing all their toes while they appear to be wearing Converse High Tops, probably just a style of olde footwear I don't know of.
Also, kind of miss have Add Ons being a filter option on the Program search.

I guess the Brightside is that I'm also finishing the programs that wasn't Runners Prime while it's paused, so this is turning into active recovery which I probably needed a bit of.
Also, Brightside wants to be capitalized, as it is a good last name.
But I am not Mr. Brightside.

Normally less then 30 carbs a day, today, probably about 200.
"Golden-fried beignets filled with sweet lump crab meat, herbs, and a hint of spice. Served with Aleppo-citrus aioli." Very much worth the tummy ache.
I look forward to getting a run in in the morning.
And deciding what else to do next.
