Kinda mad that I was held back from getting 15k steps today.
Like a puppy on a leash.
Did get 10 push-ups on my first set in Asta, so can mark that achievement (not an actual achievement, more of a milestone).
Was going to add PPL back into my routine, but decided the weighted club needed some love, so went Metcon instead.
Had to drop Metcon for timing reason.
Maybe Knight with Dungeon Raid instead next week, or back to PPL (although I can see the pulls on my time making that harder to fit in).
