    • 60 Days of Walking - 42/60 (3.1mph for 90 minutes)
    • 2 Minute Abs - 30/30
    • Touch The Bar - Max
  • Confronting Challenges

    • First Thing Plank Hold - 61/30

    • Seated Boxer
    • Driver + EC
Heard a lot of grinding in my neck when doing the slow rotations at the end of the Driver workout, so I probably need to stretch my neck more.
Also found out its kettlebell, not kettleball (I made a pump-kin joke, the checked to see if anyone has made pumpkin themed weights and then went down a rabbit hole of idle curiosity), I think I was conflating kettlebell and medicine ball.
And thanks Night & mia, the times haven't really gone up much for my planks, but I think thats just my hamstrings are still sore most mornings, but being a first thing it makes keeping up on my planks rather simple.

I'm guessing "push up hold" is hold in the down position, I tried both and that one felt more ... workouty, does make me happy I spent the time on the elbow planks so my spine holds up, wrists get tired, but manageable I believe.
Also making use of the save draft, nice so I can update myself throughout the day, and jot notes, without hitting submit till before I go to bed.
Reminds me, want to get a nicer case for my field note book, something with a few pencil holders, and update my day sling (had to stop calling it a EDC, people kept assuming I was armed).
Also been trying to read through various check-in threads and be more encouraging (mixed success).

For some reason I thought I had done Calves of Steel; but not seeing it in my notes.
I didn't back log the stuff I did from before I made an account, didn't feel sporting, so it's probably just a memory.

Decided to swap out First Thing Plank Hold with 1 Minute Plank and Five Minute Plank; if I was already doing two planks in the morning, I may as well work towards other badges.

I think the weight loss has made it so my boots are too loose now, and that lead to pulling my achilleas during the calf raises, cause my foot can go down but it resists going up.
Also ended up running on fumes all day, so tore into a box of non-breaded wings after work, ironically still way under my net carbs and much closer to my fat, protein, and calorie macros.
Also, if I exhale on a scale, I'm a few pounds under my goal weight.

The tendon never really hurt, I had just thought my foot was half asleep, and then I noticed it tingling sensation persisted.
I basically just put some Tiger Balm on it before going to bed and have swapped out my cowboy boots for trail hikers.
Also, still a few days behind in watching the ongoing pro-sumo tournament, but the odds of running into spoilers in the US are low; and I'm still always impressed how neutral faced they can be after a match.

Looking forward to my vacation next week and having only 3 challenges on my daily to do list.
I keep going back and forth on starting a Program (I do love badges) or starting a Plan (I could do with a bit of variety) when I get back.
Leaning towards a 6-week Recomp plan.

Tried for the 3:20sec elbow plank 4 times throughout the day, but yea, I lost.
Guess I'll start again on the first, as keeping track of what day I'm on is easier when it matches the date.
About to watch the last day of the sumo tournament, although unless a major upset happened, I think it's a foregone conclusion who won, and as the highlight is the normal length I don't think that happened.
