When doing Back & Shoulders I did W-Extensions instead of Reverse Angles because didn't re-read the page, but it turned out 50 W-Extensions was the optional quest in Ronin's Blade, so I transferred those over and re-did Back & Shoulders correctly.

It’s impressive how you adapt your workouts to your needs after the injury. Using an adjustable steel club is a smart move—it helps increase intensity without added risk. Also, Dungeon Raid and Grip Training provide balanced work, which is essential for recovery and progress. Adding challenges like the 1000 calf raises is especially great—it’s motivating and adds endurance training.

Good luck on your vacation; such exercises are really convenient to do in a hotel and help maintain fitness. The main thing is to listen to your body and give it time to recover after the workouts.

Noticing a lot more aches & pains creeping in, so decided to rest recomp this week ... well I'll probably still do the walks / runs on the weekends

No running/walking today, as the forecast called for a Tropical Storm and coastal flooding.
It sprinkled briefly, for like half a minute ... I should probably find a new weather app.
