Hi, I'm a trans woman in the process of losing a bunch of weight through mostly diet/jogging so far. I'd like to start a more consistent exercise routine with feminizing my body in mind. My goal is to keep my shoulders/arms slim but also focus on filling out my hips and glutes, while toning my body on the whole. Which workouts/programs should I be looking at?

edit: I have a few resistance bands but only weights I have are 3lb, 5lb, and maybe an 8lb one.

The thing about feminizing your body is that, like weight loss, does happen in the kitchen. Low-fat diets, vegetarian diets, and vegan diets do help with it. As far as working out goes, keep going with jogging, but also add to it lower body and core routines; the core ones that target the obliques are the best to give a more feminine curve to the body. Nevertheless, don't forget to work the upper body too. You don't need to make it the main focus, but "arm day" should be a weekly thing at least. You can adjust your jogging schedule within the Knight training plan with ease; that's how I got started. There is also a running TP and a program if I recall correctly. I didn't use them because I focused my weight loss with HIIT and Combat workouts. Combat HIIT was the program that combined both worlds. Another suggestion would be Athena's Playbook.

I assume your weights are dumbbells, so you might want to check IRONHEART out.

These two workouts got me started too:

I can't give you anything specific; hence I'm all generalized, This is what worked for me so far.

As they say. you can't out train your diet, so for weight loss that will be the foundation.
I lean towards keto, but that because it worked well for me, but really a diet is a bit of a try & try again till you find one that fits for you.
As for a program I think Cardio Go might be a good jumping on point as it boasts High Burn & Streamlining, but is still an easy plan so it makes forming an exercise habit easier.

Congrats on your progress! Focus on lower body workouts (glutes, hips, legs) with resistance bands, bodyweight squats, lunges, bridges. Light weights are fine for moto x3m toning arms without adding bulk.
