Hello,
I am fairly new here and already a big fan of this wonderful site. It's really comprehensive in covering all aspects of health and fitness.
The only element I am missing is using a foam roller and/or small balls, etc. to release tension in muscles, relieve soreness, etc.
Would you care to add some workouts and perhaps a program dedicated to this topic that's close to my heart?
