Aret their programs actually effective? How many programs are there? And who's behind all of this?
It just seems so new and unbelievable to me that something like this would be actually free, that I'm doubting it's effectiveness. Can anyone share some of their slope game results?

Personally, Darebee helps me better than anything else, better than a fitness studio or physiotheapy. I am using Darebee now for over a year. I had chronically inflammated hand tendons for the last 8 years, nobody could help me and the doctors said I should just live with it. With Darebee's tendon strength workouts, I was able to heal most of it. Apart from my hands I use Darebee workouts mostly for back strenght because I have a desk job. The workouts help a lot with back pain as well.

And it works. If you wanna be like Scchwarzeneger, I don't know, LOL, but if you want to find an exercise routine for different fitness levels, and a supportive community, this is a great place. I have done mostly level 3, even a few level 4 (one or two) programs, and had also to go back to level 1 and 2 exercises and programs when recovering from heavy surgery. Find your level, take on the habit, have fun, and then progressively push yourself! You are at the right place, and you can do it.
