@broli no you don't stop the time. You run 2 minute intervals. In each 2 minute interval you need to do 10 push-ups and 5 pull-ups twice. That is one set. You then reset your timer, you have a fresh 2-minute interval and again you need to do 10 push-ups and 5 pull-ups twice. What time you get to rest between them within those 2 minutes is up to you but you only have 2 minutes to complete the set and yes, your available rest time is always less than 2 minutes. I hope this makes it clearer.

Wait twice per set? The description does not explain it at all.
In that case rest will be short.
The description says: @broli you're right. My fault. You do 10 push-ups and 5 pull-ups within 2 minutes, just once. When I do it, I do twice the set in the 2 minutes period and when I was replying I was using my own training guidelines, but the ones we published clearly state only one set in a 2 minute period.

Erm... no. @broli  It's 10 push-ups all in one go followed immediately by 5 pull-ups, also all in one go. Having said that if you can't do that then by all means give it the best go possible. This is a really hard workout and the fatigue is cumulative and quickly piles up making it way harder so, sure but only if you can't do it any other way.
