I started Age of Pandore 2.0. I loved original AoP so much that it made me exercise twice a day (several years ago...) so this is my best chance to get back my routine
Plus several days ago I started to do 5 min meditation during children's bedtime. It is game changing
I will share AoP progress without story.
AoP Chapter 1 is done. March steps instead of high knees, 3 sets
On Moday I did AoP Chapter 2. I did proper high knees but it was a mistake because on Tuesday I couldn't do my workout (my abs were in pain, I should change high knees to march steps)
I was able to do Chapter 3 today. With slow climbers and march steps
I wanted to do some jobs here related to Unnamed Forest but without a bow I cannot step into the forest and when I realized this I've already completed 80 squats+hooks combo. Not fair to collect the scraps so I didn't.
Monday:
March Steps from Agora Canis to Camp Mira (my daughter is also Mira )
200 half step jacks are completed for 100 scraps
March Steps from Camp Mira to Bunker 201
50 knee push-ups are completed for 80 scraps
