Day 2 of the beginner program, low impact cardio. Went with the Soft Reset routine w 3 sets. I was definitely getting my heart rate up towards the end, and I was tempted to do more sets, but id rather start out slow to try to get the routine to stick.
The exercise itself would make a good "Cubicle workout" so I'll probably keep it around for when I need to loosen up at work, and the shoulder/biceps focus helped w/ where I tend to scrunch up my shoulders

Went with the i feel lucky button, got Gaurd Duty for day 13, full body.
The calf exercise definitely hurt. Definitely need to work on my balance too. Otherwise the marching was nice and it has T-Posing for Dominance, so thats a plus.
