Hello to everyone, I think that a lot of old workouts about stretching, strenght or cardio, are too easy now than the past versions. Less sets, less reps, less gains in power and resistence. I don't like this type of new versions of workouts. What do you think about it? Thank you so much for your answers.

Hmm, the 3, 5, 7 sets scheme did not really change. What did change is the level classification. It counts now for level IV if you have to stand on one leg or do hop-heel-clicks. That might be debateable, if you compare it to other L.IV workouts, but it's not really important in the end.
Look at all the excercises here as pointers or food for thought. It's not a dogma how to do a workout. As fitness is not a religion.
Adapt it to your needs and capability. That's the beauty of calisthenics. If an excercise is too easy, spice it up with leg- or wrist- weights. I do the same workouts as my wife, but with 0.5 kg on the arms and 1.5kg on each leg. That levels the playing field pretty well. Do a pushup with 10 secs up and 10 secs down. And so on ...
Here you get a roadmap, how you travel is your choice.
All the best!

BTW: The hard stuff did not go anywhere, the dungeon is still open:
