Welcome to the site! And yeah, it's a bit of a lot, haha. I kinda guessed my fitness and just jumped in with one that looked interesting and/or doable. ^_^;;; My first two were Recovery to ease into it (and I had a bug previously anyways) and then Zero Hero because it was the RPG fitness programs I was most curious about.

I’m mid 40’s, maybe intermediate at best, but do like high intensity to make it feel like I’m accomplishing something. Just trying to limit my alcohol consumption and improve my eating habits, like us all lol

Good to meet you as well. I like your avatar. It's very cute. ^_^ I guess I would have three bits of advice so far.

One is to find something you enjoy. If you look forward to exercising, you will be more likely to keep up with it.

Two is making a check in log. It is not required but I found that it helped me stay accountable. On lazy days I would still do a little bit because I did not want to post that I skipped entirely.

Three is to start small and be gentle to yourself. Exercising is more about making life long changes. Short term goals are good but so is working for something long term. And it takes a lot to change old habits.

Ditto, OP. I found it three days ago. Of all the things I've found on iFunny, a clip showing this site is probably the most valuable. Wowzers! This site is amazing. I'm sad to see they're struggling on funding, this is possibly the cleanest site I've seen in twenty years. Straight up, no frills, not boring, no surprises, no ADs(!!!). Just solid gold useful info and graphics.

PS - do not recommend doing the Beginner Dumbbells workout with 15lb weights with no stretching and no exercise history in the last 15 years (and being very obese did my legs no favors either) suffice to say I'll be avoiding stairs for a couple days... but hey, I got motivated and "strike while the iron is hot" and all that.
