The first food I learnt to cook as a kid . . .


Above is a plant base version, often an egg is added but not needed. I like this video coz she uses a grater which is my preferred method.

When I make potato pancakes, I'm too lazy to use the grater, so I just buy frozen hashbrowns and thaw them. Then I squeeze out the excess moisture.

This looks REALLY good. I still might use olive oil because I simply don't buy a lot of different oils to cook with or consume.
