As I see that you do review the programs I want to tell something about cardio trim cycle.
This programs is a cycle of:
circuit - upper body - abs - one exercise
abs are replaced with tendon strength when the "one exercise" is plank or abs related, perfect!
But at some point this cycle is messed up on some days
Day 9 should be 11
Day 10 should be 9
Day 11 should be 10
Day 22 should be a upper body
With these changes the cycle will be good all over the program.
I did it with these changes and it feels right.
