Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice on knee-friendly programs. I've been doing the Darebee Workout of the Day pretty consistently (though I stick to 2 reps instead of 3), and I'd love to try a full program. However, I've had some knee issues in the past, including a Baker's cyst, so I'm hoping to find something that's easy on the joints.
Any recommendations for gentle, knee-friendly programs? I'd really appreciate your insights!
