hello, some exercises require me to switch between different sides, like picrel. I was wondering if "12 single leg bridges" here means i have to do 12 times on each leg or 12 times for both the legs/ 6 times on each leg? thank you

"It never gets easier, you just get better."
Almost without exception it would mean the latter, 6 times on each leg. Reps listed represent the *total* number of reps.
Sometimes the exercise (e.g. single leg bridges) is featured in a set more than once and can often be labeled as "single leg bridges (right)". But in your case when the exercise is listed only once the total number of reps should be split between both legs.
