Could someone please tell me the difference between 1 and 3?

I'm also a bit lost with what you're meant to do in 6.

My thoughts:
In stretch 1your arm is directed and moves from on shoulder to the other, it "attacks your latissimus"

In stretch 3 your arm is directed and moves from on front to the back, it "attacks your triceps"

Stretch 6 looks like a "Look over your shoulder torso twist"
