Hello! I’ve been in and out of the gym for a few years now. I’ve had 2 surgeries on my right knee. I know I can’t go too hard on my legs but still want and beed to do something. What can I do with either bands or body weight?

If your surgery is recent, focus on upperbody, maybe "just" stretching for lower body. I hope you had kinesitherapy ? The kine should be able to point you to appropriate exercises.
If well pas surgery, start with easiest programs and look for / modify for low impact.
Welcome and good luck!

Hello,
you've had two surgeries on your right knee, it is essential that you consult with your physical therapist or orthopedic surgeon before starting any new exercise routine. They can provide specific clearance and modifications based on your current level of healing and knee stability. myWisely
