Seated or upper body program

Hello :) I am trying to find the right program or workout for my partner. He has a disability in one knee that makes it unable to bend that leg at all. His other leg can bend but is often in pain from overcompensating weight. We are looking for a fitness plan that could be done seated or with no bending of the knee. Any guidance is appreciated!
