Set and reps

I need help to understand the exercise.
“4 sets shoulder press. Reps: 6, 5, 5, 4 (per arm)”
Aternative 1: First set 6 reps, second set 5 reps, thirst set 5 reps and fourth set 4 reps.
Alternative 2: Each set it’s Reps: 6, 5, 5, 4 (per arm)
Which one is it??
