Show off your furry (or not-so-furry) personal trainer!

Do they get you moving with walks, boost your mood, or make sure you’re doing your exercises right? Or maybe they just add a few (or a dozen ;)) extra kilos to your workout?

I’d love to hear your stories, tell me how your pets help… or "help" you during training :chuckle:

Rokita.jpg

The black one is Rokita. He starts purring the moment I touch him. Doing any kind of plank, push-up, sit-up or floor-level exercise without his assistance- be it snuggling, crawling under my head or trying to lie down on my face, arms or back- is absolutely impossible.

Perun.jpg

And the tabby one is Perun. The lord and the ruler. He takes care of my speed and agility by knocking things off shelves. He’s the one who adds extra weight when I’m doing wall sits or planks. And he's also the first one in bed at night, letting me know it’s time to call it a day.
Both of them make sure I’m up in the morning. And they provide plenty of snuggles and a healthy dose of good vibes :lovelots:

they are lovelies! My own trainer, Mademoiselle Luna des rives du Blosnes (her birth "cattery"), Duchesse de Chauvelot (former living place), is in my avatar. She takes care of tickling my legs when I do balance asanas, threatening arm or calf if I spend too much time on the phone, be an additional weight for planks, and snuggle by her Hooooman when that humble servant watches TV, reads or sleeps.

My two mangy mutts 💗; Quasi(modo), a nearly 15yr old Papillon, and Syn'r, a nearly 5 yr old working Border Collie. Both insist on 'helping' whenever I do floor exercises via jumping on my belly or dropping slimy toys on my face. You can guess which one does which.
Spoiler: it's actually both!! 🤣

"Getting strong enough to keep two tiny humans from unaliving themselves."
Other than my kidlets, who feature heavily on my check in post, and are now 40 lbs of weight each to add to some of my exercizes, I have these two lovely supervisors:

Black and white is our lovely old girl (11 years) named Zena, orange and white is our dapper man (7 years) name Ziclan (named after a friend's two kids).

They normally stay away and just stare at me judgingly, but once in a while Ziclan will come and inspect my form whilst tickling me with his whiskers.
