Should I change (increase) the weight of my Dumbbell and barbell while performing sets of a particular exercise ?
My eg of a chest workout on Barbell.
Set 1 : 20kg +(20kg Olympic rod ) - 12reps
Set 2 : 30kg + ( 20Kg) - 10 reps
Set 3 : 32.5 kg + (20 kg) - 6 reps
Set 4 : repeat set 3
