Should I change (increase) the weight of my Dumbbell and barbell while performing sets of a particular exercise ?​


My eg of a chest workout on Barbell.

Set 1 : 20kg +(20kg Olympic rod ) - 12reps
Set 2 : 30kg + ( 20Kg) - 10 reps
Set 3 : 32.5 kg + (20 kg) - 6 reps
Set 4 : repeat set 3

Your warm up sets shouldn’t be tiring at all and your working sets should be the heaviest. For example if you do 10 reps with ur heaviest then in the next set you shouldn’t be able to do the same reps if you are able to do the same rep count it means you are not training hard.
Don’t over complicate it and see yourself grow. Hope it helps.

Thanks for such a simplified answer. Technique is to push our limit and grow.

Well I would really love to understand if u share a nice Push,Pull & Leg workout.

Because I always end up feeling that I haven't trained enough my triceps bcox I was way to occupied in Training my bigger push muscle like Chest and Shoulders. !!!
