My Fitbit does, but I don't know how accurate it is. I read in the bed for 15-20 mins (or sometimes 30-45 mins ) before sleeping, and it will occasionally record me as 'asleep' during that time.
When I had a FitBit, it recorded me as being in a light sleep while I was watching an episode of "Supergirl". Hmm, the effect of television or perhaps it simply wasn't a great episode...?

I use my Garmin watch. I like that it gives me feedback on how my sleep will affect my day. Helps me be less irritable on the days that it says that I am irritable because I have an understanding of why I feel bad.

Mine used to do that to me as well!! :tears: And it also used to record folding laundry as swimming. :haha:

I'm glad you asked. I'm wondering about looking into it. Unfortunately, my smartwatch doesn't work for sleep tracking (it has to start registering the sleep before 12am for it to track it).

So I'm gonna have to investigate some of these options.
