When it comes to Darebee workouts, I have this rule to count a workout as "done": if the workout has levels, I need to do each level at least 3 times, if the workout doesn't have levels, I need to do said workout at least 5 times and then I move on.

Today is my final rest day for the Running Training Plan which I have followed for 12 weeks. I will take some time off from running, a week or two. When I finish Ironborn, my next Program will be a running-based program (Hal Higdon's Novice 5k Training plan - I will keep it light). My new training plan will be Guardian, I'll follow this for the next 12 weeks. Challenges, warm-up, and stretching remain as is.

Work has been super stressful lately and I feel like I'm not as present as I should be... I've been struggling with meditation but I just need some time to relax and chill. I'll be revisiting Take 20 when I'm ready.
