Hi y’all! Excited to be here, excited to get back into more active exercise (just got done moving and when you’ve moved one too many boxes you don’t exactly have the energy to *also* workout lol)
Hope this isn’t rude to post but definitely excited to be here

Welcome! Moving is already a serious workout on its own, so don’t feel bad about needing a break before jumping back into a routine :). It’s great that you’re excited to get back into it though — sometimes starting slowly and easing in after a big physical effort like that actually helps prevent burnout or injury. Do you have a specific type of exercise you’re planning to focus on, or are you just easing back into a general routine for now?

I’ve been figuring that out as I go along, but I’ve gotten a decent streak of working out and my form on some of the exercises has gotten better so I’d say I’m doing something right!
