It's been a hard few years with the world almost ending but I need to get back on the grind. Day 2 down a little sore but feels good. Pain is weakness leaving the body and I'm ready to get stronger

Day 3 and feeling like a bruised potato but I did it

Rest day and light training today. My body is screaming at me but I gotta stay active. My light training is mainly stretching so hopefully I can be mobile at work.

Day 4 complete. Had to adjust a few things for time but it doesn't mean I'm half assing it.

Woke up to late to start day 5, we'll see how I feel after work. Motivation is kicking my ass right now.
