I have a knee injury. Now I recovered but still having pain. How can I start my workouts.

I have a knee injury. Now I recovered but still having pain. How can I start my workouts.
If you have a knee injury, it may be best to go slow or find light leg workouts. Maybe focus on doing some upper/core body and then a day out of the week dedicated to light leg workouts or yoga that can help with the pain.
Just be sure not to push yourself and to make changes if necessary if it hurts your knee more. Yoga would be best to help with some pain and is easily adjustable.
