Hello everyone! I found darebee a couple of days ago and I'm loving everything I've seen so far.
I've been very sedentary for many years, I haven't ever had a proper workout routine, and the last time I was actually fit was back in 2011 as a teen... since then I've only done yoga on and off, and beginner level archery. All in all, I have a LONG way to go but I need to just start, and I already did! I've been taking walks and I participated in the turkey run today
I'm very messy and I'm not good with routines, but the challenges here seem fun and I'm hoping to do some of the RPG ones, so I hope I stick with it and finally get fit and strong like I've been wanting to
