I was watching a film on Netflix about a college rowing team, in their gym was a challenge board for time on the metal wind rower for 2000 meters. Today on the wooden water rower in my fitness room I did 2000 meters in 9:31 minutes, 530 calories per hour and really good hamstring workout. I wasn't racing just my usual pace I do for 500 meters as part of my workout warm-up.

Nice! Is that a WaterRower? I’ve never tried one of those, but have always wanted to. I use a Concept2 erg almost daily. Love rowing! It’s a fantastic full-body workout.
