Hello again,
I was some years away.
Last half year I'm recovering. My left foot (metatarsophalangeal joint
) is aching and my knees. But the pain is getting less since mid january.
Also I have some problems with my digestion. I need more veggies
I still dance, but only once a week. I'm in a group of women, who exercise for an hour weekly (and I love it).
I quit yoga in this year after years of yoga. I needed a change.
My goals are

- A salat a day challenge
- Take my meds (Those are vitamines)
- Exercise of the day
- Foundation (I tried Soma 40+ one set - but the lunges are too much for me, and also jumping jacks )
