Fortunately I didn't stop working out but only logging due to stress at work.
No class on Tuesday - the trainer was I'll.
So on Wednesday I did soma 24 and second class of West coast swing with my husband. It was great and even better. I even stayed for social dancing after the class and had leader among the beginner I could go on for ever.
Thursday a jogging day in the wonderful but challenging wood with ups and downs. I run a new route and parked somewhere else then usually. I feel self confident

. But for my challenge 300m were missing for weekly need of 10km .
Friday I had an easier dumbbell workout soma 26. I never imagened to say that. Renegate rows on dumbbells - how I hated them at the beginning. The dumbbells rolled around and the wrists ached because they were not used to my plank weight. Yesterday I used triangular dumbbells of each 7,5 kg and it was not hard...
Today's plan is jogging or walking. But I felt like I want more.
- EotD 30 reverse lunges
- Bandit with some add on exercises
- Challenge of the month push up streak. Bathing tube - 3 sets 10:7:3
We are going to hike Madeira. Quite a lot of decisions and preparations for that vacation. I look forward to warm weather...
