@ZenFighter At Saturday we had a practise night in our dancing school. All traditional dancing. We missed some of our classes lately and need a bit fresh up. At sunday we have our regular class at the same dancing school and after that we danced at the university, they had a dance & tee. Where we danced forro. It's a lovely brasilian dance with a basic step similar to salsa. A little example:

So walking yesterday was possible - the rain stopped.
And today while the sun came out in the morning I stopped working and went for a little jogging.
In the evening there is my appointment to a fitness class. So next darebee workout tomorrow.

Yesterday : jogging 4km 6K steps

Today:
Soma 19: Those split lunges into shoulder press killed me. First set with 7,5 but even there I couldn't do all 24. And take ab break after. Next set 6 kg. Last two sets I used 5 kg for this excersise. For the other I switched to 6 kg.
Upperbody challenge completed 29, 30

Yoga class planned today. The weather is fine, I should leave the house and get some sun.

@Mamatigerj It helped immediately - it's better now. :D
Fortunately I didn't stop working out but only logging due to stress at work.
No class on Tuesday - the trainer was I'll.

So on Wednesday I did soma 24 and second class of West coast swing with my husband. It was great and even better. I even stayed for social dancing after the class and had leader among the beginner I could go on for ever.
Thursday a jogging day in the wonderful but challenging wood with ups and downs. I run a new route and parked somewhere else then usually. I feel self confident:yas:. But for my challenge 300m were missing for weekly need of 10km .:big-cry:

Friday I had an easier dumbbell workout soma 26. I never imagened to say that. Renegate rows on dumbbells - how I hated them at the beginning. The dumbbells rolled around and the wrists ached because they were not used to my plank weight. Yesterday I used triangular dumbbells of each 7,5 kg and it was not hard...

Today's plan is jogging or walking. But I felt like I want more.
- EotD 30 reverse lunges
- Bandit with some add on exercises
- Challenge of the month push up streak. Bathing tube - 3 sets 10:7:3

We are going to hike Madeira. Quite a lot of decisions and preparations for that vacation. I look forward to warm weather...

Jogging,
dancing double class. Quite challenging. We learned again (for 5th time :-) ) left turn in vienese waltz. And a lot of my beloved jive.

Monday:
still DOMs from Saturday.
I did my last strength workout from soma - Day 28.
November challenge day 2 (table hight)

Tuesday - today
November challenge day 3 - Table hight push ups
WotD Frost - 6 rounds , 3 for each foot.
1 song jump rope skipping
EotD 50 Back leg raises
EotD yesterday 40 reverse angels
November challenge day 4 knee push ups

Jogging in the afternoon and fitness class in the evening....

Thursday 6.11: Jogging 4,4 km
Friday 7.11: new workout on calistree - bodyweight excercises - push ups, lunges squats , training crow pose . Actually 2 of them. Yoga class
Saturday 8.11: nice hike to use my new hiking shoes and to train for our next hiking holiday beginning on 20.11
Sunday 9.11: calistree second time same workout. Couldn't hold the crow and crashed. Now it hurts a bit. Maybe better no crow for a time. Double class in dancing. Really challanging
Monday 10.11: stretching class (half an hour) and jogging on not even underground.

Lost my push up challenge somewhere. Calistree had a lot of push ups. I didn't want to do some more.... Wall, table, chair ... knee....

I finally played my sax. Lately it dropped and now needs a sax doc. We have an appointment today. I was playing latin ballads like Besame mucho and Libertango.
Tuesday 11.11: next calistree workout. Really hard with 3 supersets...

Wednesday : jogging + dancing
Thursday:
Freestyle dumbbells with 35 push ups - 45 min. I progressed with my crow pose. I can do one foot crow for 10 count...
Intervall walking 3 slow + 3 fast - 6 times 50 min. This was quite fast and I liked it a lot.

Today I aim for another intervall walking around a beautiful see... My sax was at the doctor and I will fetch it and walk there... Maybe a stretch workout

I need to have jogging days on Monday and thursday next week, on thursday I leave for Madeira hiking vacation... A lot to do before.

Saturday: calistree training - basically bodyweight excercises. My one leg crow pose is improving.
Sunday: dancing, double session.

Today: jogging planned. I need 10km for this week until Wednesday. I'm flying on vacation on Thursday and suppose, that jogging there is impossible. Or maybe have less than 2 km left for vacation...
I hope this time, I can do my workouts in vacation, I have workouts with no equipment needed. Maybe a resistance band ...

Back again. Madeira was wunderful. We hiked and hiked and hiked. Hills up and down. Mal calves were angry, but then I got used to it.
I did only one other workout.

Now back and full of energy I did a freestyle workout in the morning. Warm up, 30 squats, 30 one leg balances, 30 reverse lunges with rotation, 26 push ups from elevated position, 30 W-extensions, 60 sec. plank and cool down. In total 25 min.

2 min mobility day 1 and 2

Tuesday
Jump rope cardio 2 min slow warm up, 4x1 min fast + 2 min slow

Wednesday
Warm up, squats, lunges, push ups, reverse dips and bridges. Cool down.
Dancing?

@Mamatigerj It was so warm and very nice. Thank you for your welcome.

Libre as a cardo workout today 6 sets with each excercise 16 times instead of 10. I was not walking for 2 days. So cold outside. Maybe today, if my son is well again, I will have time to walk while waiting.

December challenge days 3 and 4.

Friday wass a sort of rest day. I did some yoga stretches in the morning, and a yoga class will follow in the afternoon. I had a walk. I felt like superhero because I left the house for a walk in this not yet usual cold.... :move: 15 min needed for the challenge daily walk. It were 30.

Saturday: A strength workout in the morning. A bit challenging. Dancing at night
Sunday: Cardio - rope skipping. And again dancing classes 2,5 hours....
Today: Strength - warm up, only one set of 6 exercises and stretching.
Challenge of the month - up to today 8.12
Walk challenge (15min+) - up to day 7. But since I was dancing quite a long yesterday a did a lot of steps - I would say, it's ok not to break the streak and say day 8 completed.

Tuesday and today : I'm getting a cold. My throat is aching. I only did the bare minimum mobility challenge 16 and 17. And slept (or not slept).

It would be great to dance tonight. But noone needs a cold shortly before christmas. I will stay at home.

@Laura Rainbow Dragon and @Fremen Thanks a lot. My cold is nearly over. It's like last Sepbember. Only one week. Starting with my throat. A lot of headache and after 3 sleepless nights suddenly over. I feel something inside my throat, but no cough, nearly no runny nose. It's just strange.

Last 3 days I walked for 30 mins daily. It was good for my back pain, that started with the sitting while having cold. Once I stretched and did some yoga poses. And yesterday I danced. If it was a faster song/dance, I realized, it's too early. But there were only two of faster ones. I continued with the mobility challenge.

Still in recovery. Suppose to walk again today and maybe 15 min. mobility.

While recovering from my cold I walked a lot and tried to finish the December challenge.

We had 2 6-7 km walks and a 10 km walk for my sisters birthday.
2 days ago I restarted strenght training and possibly did too much, because now it's the second day with severe doms.

All the celebrations (christmas, new year and 2 birthdays) are over now. But 2 are still to come next week.

Today I finished the old December challenge (Days 27-30) and started the new Arcade (D1-2)

I know about the jump importance. I thought it would be more difficult and take more time. But it was surprisingly fast.

Arcade Day 7 100 pulses.
We got first snow this morning. I was snow shoveling.

Lift with Cee 20 min FB35 with 7,5; 6; 5 and 3,5 kg. My first workout with Cee. Quite fast and challenging. It was 2 trisets and twice each.
5 20 min workouts a week are recomended.

Daily walks
2 Lift with cee workouts on Monday and Tuesday. It's only 20 min but I need time until lunch to convince myself to do them. Somehow it works better, if I have a picture and not a something on youtube. The exercises are good. I seem to improve. Also 5 times a week 20 min seems unusual and harder
I miss soma. But doing it at least 3 times was enough.

Finished Daily walk challenge.:v: I startet in December. And recontinued in January. Now I have enough days but also enough missed days inbetween. I will continue walking every day 20 min. Today will probably be missing. I have to drive 3 or 4 hours and everything is exceptional.
