Arcade 23-30:completed:
Strength training Friday and Sunday
Dancing double class on Sunday.
No yoga class anymore
But my Tuesday class.

Not actual daily walking since Thursday, we reorganized our pantry and had a lot to do.
My pantry is now beautifully organized and spacious. Hope never dies, may it remain in this state for a long time.

Dear @MangoTux, dear @Fremen I am so happy for your congrats. Sometimes it is hard to stay consistent. Arcade was just a lot of fun. And it is my only challenge I finished before 30 days were over.

Tuesday 30 min Lift with cee. I need some trace, which one I did. My idea was to repeat 3 workouts every week and increase weights. My heaviest weight yesterday was 10kg dumbbells each, I also used 7,5; 5 and 3,5kg. It was quite challengenging over all, especially reverse lunges with 10 kg dumbbells. I think about byuing something even heavier maybe 12 to 16 kg, maybe as a kettlebell.

I had a pretty nice walk in the afternoon, nearly 11k. little bit groceries by feet and little bit wood. And in the evening my traditional class. So yesterday was sporty.

Today we have several appointments at the doctors and a big weekly grocery. And dancing later in the evening. I hope, I will master this hard day.

Active recovery...

@Laura Rainbow Dragon @Anek Thanks a lot. @Laura Rainbow Dragon Nice new Profile picture!

So what happened the last half of the week:
Wednesday was not that hard, I supposed. The first appointment in the morning was passed, but the rest - my son didn't go. I me, I stayed at home too, instead of shopping or walking.
Friday and Sunday strength training at lift with Cee. I increased the weights. My heaviest is now 14 kg for squatting. I do a lot with 2 x 10 kg. And my lightest with 3.5 kg seem so unbeleavable ligth... (compared to one year ago) for lateral raises. I should increase these too. The problem is, I have 6 pair of dumbbells in my room. Nearly all we have in the house. I dream of a kettle bell.
I struggled less after increasing the weights and building this heavy dumbbell for squatting. Maybe I am getting used to the format. I'm repeating 3 different trainings on three days. I still prefere the pictures at darebee to workout. I don't know why.
Cardio on Thursday to Sunday. And dancing on Sunday.

I started the new 3 min HIIT Challenge. Did day 1-2.

Tuesday:
I totally overdone it on tuesday. Weights for lunch, a nice walk and my fitness class in the evening.
Wednesday:
Sore, little walk and West coast swing to dance.
Thursday:
HIT Day 3
I plan to do 2 HIIT today and maybe a bit of stretching. Still a bit sore. We are away on the weekend and I would change my workout days to Friday - Monday - (+tuesday: finess-class) - Wednesday.

Saturday and Sunday active rest with walking.
Today day 6 of Hiit and my strength day.
Increased weights for lat raises. I throught it would never happen.
I struggle less with the video format now ( lift with cee). Last two times I muted it and just followed the exercises while listening to podcasts.

The less nice things: I have 2 kg more weight in two weeks. I was not visiting my mum and not overeating. I can not explain how. My self milled grain soaked for morning doesn't help my digestion any more. Even magnesium. It just hurts. I could cry.

I did my 3 strenght workouts last week and the usual fitness class.
I walked every day with a weekly avarage of 6500 steps. (7600 was the week before, but very high compared to usua....)
At saturday we decluttered a bit of heavy stuff and now my left forearm is cramping.
Decided to make a restore week.

One year darebee tomorrow!!!

I had breaks in vacation or when I was I'll. I had people over on my logs to support me and cheer me up when next program was finished. Thanks. Because of you I am still here and still training.

What changed:
- 5 cm less on waist and hips (78 and 103cm)
- more strength ( just bought 12,5 kg dumbbells), max weight now 14 kg for squats, 10 for rows... When I started 3,5 kg were quite heavy.
- 3 strength workouts a week ( lift with cee)
- no fear of getting bulky
- my arms are a bit toned
- I can do elevated push ups on a chair
- I can do reverse dips with straight legs (10+)
- I can open a jar with my hands only - grip strength
- I was on a hiking vacation and loved it.
- Stopped yoga
- my knees are mostly pain free
- so is my left foot. Very seldom it aches after dancing
- I tried west coast swing
- I had some weeks with good digestion from November to maybe beginning of January.
- Lunges are no problem, even with dumbbells

What is still to achieve:
- one push up from the floor
- one pull up
- working out (strength ) on vacation. We are camping, it seems weird to me to do it on a camp site
- increase veggies and proteins in my nutrition
- increase daily steps to 7000.
- I dream of loosing 2-3 kg. But longterm I will be happy to stay the same weight next years
- Improve digestion, no obstipation
- reduce waist and hips on 3 cm more
- hike a mountain over 1000 m
- another hiking vacation with mountains
- sleep in a tent for 2 or more nights.
- one month of picturing my food. I started 2 days ago.
- do all 30(40) min full body workouts with cee

Last four weeks I continued with lift with cee.
I get used and raised weights.
Then I decided to do some gardening on Tuesday. Following three days was back pain days without training. Today is a better day, I could put on my socks and shoes pain free.
Yesterday I walked faster.
Not sure, if I should start weight training. I'm afraid to stop it.
I will look for a workout with bands or bodyweight.
I dream of kettlebell. End of April I am going to participate in a workshop 200km away.

Not sure wich Kind of kettlebell and about weights.

Two years ago in the summer I passed my first 'Sportabzeichen'. This year I am going to get the License like a Teacher/ Trainer . Don't know how to describe.

I stopped West coast swing. Maybe for summer ( it's at the same time as 'Sportabzeichen'.) I prefer the group of adulds and the supporting atmosphere there over students.

Last month was full of injuries. Backpain came first.
Later on, I attended a kettlebell class (one day) and had DOMs in right hamstring for a week.
After that get better I challenged myself with power walking of 5 km - the result is aching left foot.

I started a new functional training class at the university. It's once a week and a lot of fun. Today my hubby will join that class. Each week there is a kettlebell exercise included.
I started gauntlet program day 1, but I did more that day (last friday). And waited for DOMs got better. Not sure, if I will try day2 today or just go to my functional class in the afternoon.
My dumbbell workouts stopped after the kettlebell class.

I have a challenge running 60K steps or 40 km riding (or combined) weekly. It's a headache, because of the app, which discontinues the connection quite often. And I wonder, why my rides/walks not appear. I tend to exaggerate. Little chunks a day would be better.

Finally, my daughter returns on 22. of May from her work and travel year in Australia. I'm waiting and counting the days. So excited to see her after 9 month.

Jump rope challenge 16 4x1min
Gauntlet day 7, 8kg for press and curl, 12 for side bents and rows
KB swing challenge from
Day 1 with 12 kg
I am not sure , if that would not be too fast for me as a beginner. Therefore I add 5 each time and take rest days. I should finish with 150 swings.

23.05 bike tour 13,5 km
24.05 Gauntlet 13, power walking 5,7km
25.04 Gauntlet 14, swing challenge 7 + 8, bike tour 17km, power walking 4,4 km

I had 2 days off. My daughter returned from her work and travel year from Australia and I tried to do a lot of paperwork before our vacation start next week. A bit of vacation planning with chatgpt. There I am exited, if the plan is enough, how much we would like it. I'm still not determined about the region and country: France Normandie, Auvergne or Cevennes or South part of Austria and north Slovenia. It all depends on weather. We go on a camping car. Biking, hiking, swimming and a bit of sight seeing.

Next sunday is "a competition" where I have to walk 7,5km in about 1 hour. Since I have not walked fast this spring, I'm totally afraid of it. I had several foot issues and pains, every time I tried. Saturday I bought new running shoes and restarted walking (quite late, only one week left). At least, I don't have pain after walking. But still I didn't walk more than 5km. I hope a bit of adrenaline and the other fast fellows will help to manage the distance.

It was to hard yesterday. And in the evening I have an hour of strength and mobility at 7pm. So I think, this hour and maybe a walk, if I manage it between the appointments of the afternoon.
