Struggling to get back on track.

Hello, I'm new around here.

I started training seriously around a year and a half ago. Everything was going more or less great until I injuren my leg in the begining of september.

In theory I am allright again but i am unable to restart with the exercise. I want to but at the same time I just don`t feel like it

This is really frustrating. Any ideas about how should I aproach this matter?

Welcome! I'd second everything said above. Go light and slowly build it back up. Better to underwork it than to hurt it more.

It definitely sounds very frustrating. It's always annoying when you're making great progress and get a major set-back. Just remember that you didn't fail and that you can keep going, even if it has to look different for a while.
