Hello everyone, I dont know if this is the right place in community to ask but:
I started the primal strenght program but do not have a bar at home so I can do the pull-ups and knee-ins proposed. So I would like to know which exercises I could do instead that would work the same muscles out. Could be a suggestion without weight, but I also I have a pair of dumbbells up to 15kg each at home.
