Workout 1:
Dead Hangs 30x30x35 sec, 90 sec rest between sets
Workout 2:
Quick Warmup Workout
Full-Body Kettlebell Workout with 24 kg kettlebell

At first this workout was veeery difficult. But now it slowly but surely becomes "eh ok". Only the bicep curls are slightly difficult, but I think we'll get there too

When I did Dead Hangs before, I was using the vocal timer "One mississippi, two mississippi...". It's an ok solution.
Today I finally decided to use my phone timer:
Set 1: 17 seconds (I couldn't figure out how to position the timer on the phone correctly so I could see it)
Set 2: 30 seconds fair and square
Set 3: 23 seconds or so
Set 4: 14 seconds

So the results are "worse" because I'm adjusting to a new type of timer. Also Dead Hangs is a VERY BAD exercise to do for more than three sets. My body at the end was "hell nah, tovarisch".
Buuuut it's a progress, so all good

Dead Hangs (38x36x26 sec, 1:30 min rest between sets)
That's 75% progress since February, btw

Part 2:
I lugged 7kg of a broken appliance to the service center (almost 3 km away from me). This weight was ok, but the grip was very wide and and now my smallest muscles do not like that at all. This does not spark joy.

Part 3:
Chair Yoga with Finch (to save the situation at least a bit)
