-Dead Hangs 3x25 sec. The progress is that today I did 1 min 30 sec rest between sets, and until today it was 2 minutes
-Fitness Boxing, intense session. At first I thought of 24 kg kettlebell workout, but hell no, that way my grip won't recover tomorrow.
