Ring Fit Adventure session

I tried a new rhythm minigame in it's challenges menu. I was like: "Huh, looks easy". After it: "Guess I'll die".

Cooldown:
Side Neck Stretch
Deep Breathing
Tricep Stretch
Calf Stretch
Armpit Check Stretch
Resisted Chest Stretch
Forward Fold
Forearm Stretch

No Dead Hangs today, not in the mood for it. But this little rest gave some technique boost with kettlebell. Sometimes if you do less - you will actually do better, who would've even thought :confused:
