... but first, a little history.
I am BelloPeace from the hive. I decided to go with a new name here, but I'm keeping my thread title.
I chose the "Sweat it down, all over" because it signified two things for me;
  1. I had gained so much weight because I relaxed in my fitness journey and I wanted to burn it all down, again.
  2. I've found that to get anything meaningful in all aspects of life, there has to be a little bit of sweat (or a lot ;)).
So, I hope that I don't abandon this thread again.

My old buddies @JCU @HellYeah @TheLibrarian @lofivelcro @Fremen @LizardFriend95 and new buddies, I hope we can go together again.

P.S. It's my Country's Independence Day today.

Thank you @lofivelcro and @Montserrat .

I'm here to report my activities for last month.

October 30, 2022.
Daily Kicks October Challenge:completed:
Plank Hero Challenge :completed:
I also started the Vitality General Fitness Program and completed it on the 5th of November :epicdance:

Other Activities

I've been working on transitioning fully into the tech space, but it's been tough because of work pressure and the level of traffic in this city. Plus, the power situation is craaaaaaazy.
A very short while ago, I decided to go back to it and picked up my studies again.
Now, I leave home earlier than usual and while waiting for the day to start at work, I do a little study.

Currently, I'm brushing up on my JavaScript skills, while learning ReactJS and Chakra-UI.

Challenges.

Apart from the time and power constraints I have, my PC is the biggest. It basically decides when to work and even had an episode yesterday; I couldn't use it as it took the PC 3 hours to boot, diagnosis and all.

November

Started the November Power Punch 30-Day Challenge and the First Thing Push Ups 30-Day Challenge.

Happy New Year all!!!
I'm late, I know. Life has been life-ing.

I'll just summarize my updates from November till date.

November 2022
Completed the November Power Punch 30-Day Challenge and the First Thing Push Ups 30-Day Challenge alongside other workouts and exercises.

December 2022
December proved stubborn as I had to travel to visit my family and there wasn't enough space to workout. It was frustrating, but I'm glad I got to be with my sister, mum, and grandma.
On the 6th of January, I completed all the December sessions I started.
January 2023
Started the January The Guardian 30-Day Challenge
So far, I have done up to day 8, as well as 60 Toe Taps and 60 Side Leg Raises with EC.

Hello friends, I hope the year has been kind to you all.

For me, I'd say it has been kind.
I successfully completed The Guardian January Challenge and I'm on Warrior Abs February challenge.
I was also able to visit my family for a week. They are well.
I started a new course path to becoming a scrum master. I hope I can complete that in 3 months.

Anything else I remember later, I'll update here.

Love and light 💓💓

Phew… kudos to you all that keep up with your daily updates.

I fumbled my February challenge, only did it halfway.
However, I encouraged myself to start with March and I completed it.

I started at the gym on the 4th of March and it’s been a good experience.

Happy New Month guys.

JC1: Power Hold Day 8
JC2: Epic Abs Challenge Day 15

January 16 Morning
JC1: Power Hold Day 9

January 17 Evening
1 hour at the gym
  • 1 hour was a lot because I felt like 10% the whole day and only went to the gym to feel better.
  • I did about 17 minutes on the treadmill at mostly 8kmph and 4kmph. Breathing was so difficult but I did it anyway.
👉🏻 I’m starting the Hard Reset Strength program for every gym day.
Hard Reset Strength Program Day 1 level 1
Weight: 6kg for each arm

January 18 Evening
I feel like 30% today.
