Hello, I'm 16 yr old/F and i want to stay fit , I'm thin , i don't know where to start and i will have less time for myself as I'm preparing for medical exam so which excercises should i start with

I have no real idea of your aims, or where you are in your fitness journey, but I suggest you start with the exercise you most enjoy. Do you like walking, hiking, cycling, dancing, running? If you start with something you enjoy, you're more likely to stick with it. Once that becomes a habit, you can think about what you actually want to achieve, and why. That will help you decide the best way to get there. Without a map, you don't know if the direction you take is going to get you to your destination.

Hello and welcome @Nithyashree !

It's difficult to give advice with so little information to go of. Have you done any type of sports in the past? Have you already tried any of the workouts or exercises on darebee.com so far? Have you already read the information at https://darebee.com/get-started.html ?

Otherwise I would second what @TopNotch says, finding things that you enjoy makes it easier to find time and energy for exercise!
