Day 62 is here.....seems like 100 might be around the corner, yet so elusive.

Done DD (2 min one arm plank - divided into 4 sets of 30 seconds with arms switched). No EC for this one!

Done the monthly challenge (180 punches x 3 sets) - breaking this down into 6 sets of 90.

Now to finish up with 1 min HIIT - 4 sets are done for day 5. Onto day 6!

Weekend special - got to get some work done over the weekend!

Day 63 of 100....heading the right way.

Done DD ( 1 min pacer steps). In 3 sets- interesting activity.

Done the monthly challenge - 2 mins of punching broken up into 4 sets of 3 (with alternating legs).

Finisher now - Day 6 of 1 min HIIT. Let's finish it up (in a bit).

Weekend special continues!

Day 64 of 100....one step closer.

Done DD ( 40 split lunges ) with EC! First in a while.

Done monthly challenge now - 190 punches x 3 (or 95 punches x 6 sets). Good luck tomorrow as I head into day 65 (didn't touch the program today but will do so tomorrow).

Day 65/100. It's been hard to stay focused and easy to procrastinate and become distracted. I find this journal to be a great way to stay laser focused on my goals and create a rhythm to keep things moving along, however slowly that might be happening.

Done DD (10 burpees) with EC! O ya!

Onto 2 mins (30 seconds x 4 sets) of punching.

Day 66/100. A good start to the morning so far. Very controlled.

Done DD (2 min raised leg lift) with EC! o ya!

Done the monthly challenge (200 punches x 3 sets or 100 punches x 6 sets). Woot Woot!

Last but not least....Day 6 of 1 min HIIT. Can't believe it, but we cleared it! Yes! Onto day 7!

How will we keep ourselves in rhythm? Maybe do day 7 as well?

Day 67/100 - wow where is the time flying to?

Done DD (50 half wipers) with EC! Looks fun and easy but get pretty tough towards the end!

Onto 2 mins of punching (in 4 sets of 30 seconds). Done like dinner!

Day 7 of 1 min HIIT...could I complete it?

DAy 68/100 - Catch up time!

Done DD (1 min bridge hold) with EC. Also did the DD from yesterday (can't remember what it was) but didn't note it down in my journal. O well, it's gotta count for something, right?

Done the monthly challenge for days 1 and 3 (a little catchup).

Day 8 of 1 min HIIT tomorrow!

Day 69/100 - Can't believe we are almost 70% of the way to our goal. Wow!

Done DD ( 15 tricep pushups - broken up into 2 sets). Yes!

Done Monthly challenge (12 lunge step ups x 3 sets). Woot Woot!

Onto the victory lap - Day 8 of 1 min HIIT (all broken up) - 3 sets done!

Day 72/100.....taking a small pause after this for much deserved R&R. I heard a podcast yesterday that said that consistency is the price of admission but adaptation (trying to do things better and better each time) is the true measure of greatness. Interesting thought.....

Done DD (30 sec hallow hold) with EC!

Onto the monthly challenge (14 step up lunges x 4 sets) - this didn't happen :-(

Day 74/100.....I'm back (although not totally consistent yet since it is the holiday time). It's been really challenging keeping on top of things since taking some time off and man I will admit that I've been my own worst enemy and my own biggest barrier. I'm determined to get back on track and get what I need to get done. I'm using my routine and visualization to achieve that. I've been in worst situations before and I've gotten out. I guess it isn't how we behave when things are going well that really shows who we are, rather how we manage difficult and challenging situations that shows and builds our character and values.

Done DD (50 lunge punches) in 2 sets of 25.

Done the monthly challenge (24 lunge step ups x 4 sets).

Onto day 10 of 1 min HIIT. Let's get it done! ( I did it!)

Day 77/100. Doing a much better job with focusing my attention, energy and time today. Feels good!

Done DD (3 mins of punching) in 3 sets.

Done monthly challenge of 22 calf raises with a 12 second hold at the end x 3 sets.

Onto another daily challenge - 50 climber taps (in sets 10) - Done!

Day 78/100 - slowly getting back in the groove!

Done DD (60 back leg raises) with EC! O ya!

Done the monthly challenge - 22 calf raises - 12 count hold - 3 sets

Done day 11 of 1 min HIIT - I've been stuck in the mud with this one for some time.

I have time so will move onto day 12. O ya!
