Day 62 is here.....seems like 100 might be around the corner, yet so elusive.

Done DD (2 min one arm plank - divided into 4 sets of 30 seconds with arms switched). No EC for this one!

Done the monthly challenge (180 punches x 3 sets) - breaking this down into 6 sets of 90.

Now to finish up with 1 min HIIT - 4 sets are done for day 5. Onto day 6!

Weekend special - got to get some work done over the weekend!

Day 63 of 100....heading the right way.

Done DD ( 1 min pacer steps). In 3 sets- interesting activity.

Done the monthly challenge - 2 mins of punching broken up into 4 sets of 3 (with alternating legs).

Finisher now - Day 6 of 1 min HIIT. Let's finish it up (in a bit).

Weekend special continues!

Day 64 of 100....one step closer.

Done DD ( 40 split lunges ) with EC! First in a while.

Done monthly challenge now - 190 punches x 3 (or 95 punches x 6 sets). Good luck tomorrow as I head into day 65 (didn't touch the program today but will do so tomorrow).

Day 65/100. It's been hard to stay focused and easy to procrastinate and become distracted. I find this journal to be a great way to stay laser focused on my goals and create a rhythm to keep things moving along, however slowly that might be happening.

Done DD (10 burpees) with EC! O ya!

Onto 2 mins (30 seconds x 4 sets) of punching.
