I used to try that. But I don't have ketllebell so I used adjustable dumbbell, 15kg, but it's complicated to take handle with two hands. And it was really hard. So I'm feeling youI should use kettlebells more often... but maybe use lighter weights for this one

well I can say that Level 1 is certainly easier than Level 3
