So, 10 combos: upright rows+dumbbell curls+shoulder press, 3 sets = 10 upright rows into 10 dumbbell curls into 10 shoulder press for 3 sets?

Just wanted to be clear so I’m not wasting my time in the gym.

No,
1 upright row + 1 bicep curl + 1 shoulder press = 1 > x 10 = 1 set
It is a sequence of exercises, count as 1 the entire sequence of all the exercises done only once each one following the other as in the figure, which is repeated 10 times to do 1 set.

Do this for 3 sets with minimal rest in between exercises (and a short rest between sets, about 60-90 seconds). This is a circuit-style combo, so the goal is to keep your heart rate up while targeting multiple muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, and traps). As long as you're doing the full sequence of 10 reps per exercise, back-to-back for all 3 sets, you’re on track. Most important thing is that you go to the gym :)
