Hello Bees,

For those who are doing WoD from time to time or everyday, i think this place could be good to track it, and maybe give some feedback if you want

Some resources related to WoD

Did Level 3 for this one! With Extra Credit (1 minute rest)

I really enjoyed it. I have been doing a lot of arm circles with the Easy Arms challenge and the burn is so satisfying

Okay.... this was hard.

1 set done, and just barely, and with many substitutions (knee pushups, some of the planking on knees, etc)

Today's daily workout (Super Switch https://darebee.com/workouts/super-switch-workout.html ) alternates push-ups and crunches and has pictures of each with the text

"roll over to switch"

between the pictures, which amused me because I thought "Ha ha, are there people who won't realize they need to roll over after doing a pushup to do crunches next?" ;)

Then when I was doing them, I unexpectedly noticed something kind of interesting in the seemingly simple obvious action of rolling over: I habitually automatically always rolled over in the same direction.

So I decided to finish the remaining sets rolling over in the other direction each time. It was a surprisingly interestingly weird unfamiliar feeling, like writing or brushing teeth with the other hand than one normally uses. So I think that's probably a good physical + mental micro-practice to keep doing: switch the direction of simple actions I habitually always do in the same direction...

PS: I've been doing the daily exercise and the daily workout every day for a year, since December 2024. (Only skipped a handful of days while traveling on vacation.) Yay! :)
