Have a calus which has grown on the ball of my foot need advice as to what workout could help to heal the pain and dont want to put pressure on the left foot. Cant get it surgically removed caused the calcus infection has gone too deep inside the foot.

Congratulations on completing Arms of Steel, Chair Edition!

I don't understand what is going on with your foot. A callus is just hardened skin. It's not an infection. Have you seen a doctor about it? (If there is an accompanying infection, please do!) No workout is going to help heal the pain of a callus. (Calluses, in and of themselves, are not painful though. If you have pain at the site, that's another reason to see a doctor.)

Calluses will generally go away on their own if you stop the activity which was causing them. In the case of feet, this means ensuring you always wear socks and properly fitted shoes with lots of room in the toe box. You may also need padded insoles and/or moleskin to protect the affected area. Is your gait affected by your foot injury? If yes, this may be what is causing the problem.

Thank you soo much :) so what is going on its a hardened corn/callus and yes i have seen the doctor and shown him my foot and he says the corn or the calls has gone into the ball of the foot too deep so no doctor can surgically remove it. Okay but this is really painful while walking as i have also had tendonitis in the ankle of the same foot. Doctors cant do shit about my foot just to treat it with hot water and rub it off but it keeps growing back that's the main issue with it.

Mine has not gone away it keeps growing back every time i remove it with a pumice stone and i wear shoes which have padding at all times and socks is an everyday thing. It started bleeding yesterday. Its causing discomfort when i walk.

Hey Good morning from my end :) Thank you Soo much! the weight is from the corn/callus causing friction and its pressing on the nerves in my foot. oh okay yes i am wearing socks and proper shoes at all times and oh okay and i dont know since my doctors dont give me proper answers. Iam doing physiotheraphy for my ankle as you can see on my darbee workouts and doing that everyday.

Thank you sooo much for these workouts :) iam soaking filing and moisturizing it every single day and i remove it but grows right back within 3 days and yea i know these things take a long time to heal and everyday its frustrating but i dont let it get to me doing the best i can and here we dont have podiatrists i have a dermatologist and orthopedic and no GP is going to help. Thank you Soooo much for reaching out.

Lost my grandpa and its very been hard to say goodbye to him but i know he is reunited with my grandma in heaven. Have accepted the reality of grandpa now in heaven watching over me but been hard to workout. Grandpa gained his wings and said goodbye. losing grandparents all in the span of 6 years of each other. First said goodbye to grandma 6 years ago (dadsmother) and now grandpa. (moms father) losing grandparents hits hard.... I know that grandpa lived a full independent life till 93 years old so he lived well.
