I gained something like 10kg ever since I started taking antidepressants, and in addition in the same time I started taking them I also started my first 9-5 job, which led me to gain a ton of weight.
I'm the heavier and most out of shape I've ever been and I don't feel comfortable having to gasp for hair when I take the stairs or seeing my clothes not fit anymore... :c
I also had problems with eating disorders, the last two years I starved myself, I stopped once I started taking antidepressants but I can't live balanced, either I eat nothing or I eat everything
I hope I will gain my physique back (I used to be an athlete many years ago) bc the fun thing is I really enjoy working out and moving my body!!! but depression took that away from me. I promise to myself that I'm going to take that passion back.

I understand you very well, having been in your current situation years ago. Training at home saved my life. Darebee is fabulous, you'll see it will help you too. Remember this phrase: don't train because you hate your body, but because you love it.
I hope you can get better.

Small steps and consistency is all you need. Just keep showing up here after a Darebee workout and you’ll get back that athletic physique
