The challenging thing about programs for me is definitely the part where I have to remember that I'm doing it and then also to take the time to do it. I didn't expect to start and finish the Recovery Program this year but I'm happy about it. My first finished program of 2026!
I am looking forward to the challenge though! I did think for a moment about picking some challenging darebee goals for the month again, like I did in March & April, but decided against it for now. For the next few weeks I have weekly handstands training and probably also weekly back&core workout with a friend planned. As long as I keep that up, along with daily warmups and logging, I'll be very satisfied! Any acrobatics or additional workouts I do in June I will consider Extra Credit
