Program help. Use to be in decent shape. Last year or so just been waffling between programs and not consistent and gained a lot of weight. Looking to lose fat and be able to move better. I can’t do a pullup yet. I have some dumbbells and kettlebells laying around in the garage. Today I did a hiit punching workout and a sword one with push ups. Not sure if I should follow a plan and pick and choice my workouts or a follow a program. Any advice on good places to start? I’m male 6’3 275 if that matters, running is out the question right now. Thanks

The simplest option is to choose a program and stick with it. They're well-designed, work, and you don't have to worry about anything. It really helps you become consistent with your workouts.
Alternatively, you can create a customized program yourself, but if you haven't been consistent lately, it's harder for it to work.
Simple things often work because they're harder for it to fail.
It's just my opinion, and welcome. :)
