this one was not clear to me too, this is what i concluded : you should pull on the hand with the other hand to stretch the shoulder, try and let me know if it works

Edit i explained picture 9, no idea why.... need to sleep maybe, sorry

I’m pretty sure that’s supposed to be like, holding a shoulder shrug if that makes sense? I like that kind of stretch, kind stretches out the muscles that connect your shoulder blades to your back and shoulders to upper arms

As far as I can tell (I may be mistaken):

  1. Head up, shoulders back, back straight
  2. Head down, I think shoulders and body leaning forwards
  3. Use hand overhead to help your head towards the side
  4. Hands behind your head, stretching your elbows back as best you can
  5. Hands locked overhead, stretching as far up as you can with your own body
  6. Put one hand behind your head and use the other hand against that elbow to assist in stretch
  7. Arm in front, stretching as far to the side with the other hand assisting against the elbow
  8. One arm up at neck level. Use the other arm against the elbow to help stretch upwards
    • (I'm not 100% sure on that one. Took me a bit to figure it out)
  9. Hands behind your back. Use one hand wrapped around the wrist to gently pull the other arm into a stretch
  10. Shrug position.
  11. Twist to lean to the side
  12. Twist sideways at the hip
That said, for any of these, so long as you feel a stretch, you're doing it right. If you don't feel a stretch, reposition until something works. XD
