I am so not ready for February from a workout standpoint. No challenge selected and I haven't set up my daily workouts, on top of the incredible amount of exceptions I have coming for the month, given a friend being here for an EDM show late in the month and Sunday being inventory, which will go very late into the night.

The workout
Push-Ups to failure: 6
Punch Up Challenge Day 30, two minutes Overhead Punches with no rest
Unbound, Day 30
Square One, Day 30 at Level 3 with thirty seconds rest

Thank you, @MangoTux, @graoumia, @Fremen, and @Laura Rainbow Dragon for the congratulations. @Dyneti, it's not that I'm not ready for February, it's that all the work I need to do to prepare my workouts for the month have not been completed. At least I have a challenge picked out*, as seen below.

The workout
Elbow Plank to failure: 00:01:42 -- About the 1:40 mark, my Achilles tendon suddenly had a sharp pain despite no indication of a problem before that point. I could have gone longer if that had not happened.
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 1

*Finally.

Inventory last night, I didn't return home until 0100 this morning. Still at work about 0730 this morning. I'm tired, but here I am. The earlier post was actually yesterday's workout that apparently didn't quite post in my haste yesterday before heading to the store.

The workout
Knee Push-Ups to failure: 11
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 3
Beekeeper at Level 1

The workout, part 1
High Knees to failure: 00:00:48 -- Exhaustion outcompeted my ankle for once. Wait, what?*
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 8
Back & Core at level 1

The workout, part 2
Knee Push-Ups to failure: 17
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 9
Ten minutes in the Pits wielding a jo

*I suppose I'm saying I'm surprised I wasn't stopped by ankle pain and, therefore, that I did what appears to be my best duration on High Knees as a result.

Small hiccup: there was apparently a small fire in one of the ground floor apartments this evening, just before I was originally planning on working out. Set me back by about an hour.

In other news, I'm beginning to learn my limitations with respect to the knee damage(?) I sustained Sunday. Among other actions I have yet to fully understand how they affect my knee, tiptoeing is definitely a cause of pain, much more often than not.

The workout
Push-Ups to failure: 7
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 18
Prowler at level 1

So, it's been a while. I had a friend staying at my place because of an EDM show in Minneapolis. Good times were had, especially Saturday when we were at the Rezz appearance at the Armory and we stayed at a very nice hotel near the venue overnight so we didn't have to drive back at 0130. I didn't have an opportunity to work out during this time, so tonight was tough. I kept where I was at with respect to the exercise rotation and One & Done but advanced to my workout for today as the main workout.

The workout
High Knees to failure: 00:00:34
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 20
Back & Core at level 1. I fell asleep for a while before working out, it's late, and I want to go back to bed.

Tomorrow I'm switching over to the Ten program and adding 2-Minute Mobility. One & Done will fall off when I complete it in about a week.

The workout
Push-Ups to failure: 6
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 24
Paladin (old style) at level 1. Still modified with Knee Push-Ups, especially with Push-Ups earlier in the workout.

The workout
High Knees to failure: 00:00:33 -- My left leg felt... not right. Not pain, or anything, just a strange tightness in the quads around the knee. Yes, this is the damaged knee.
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 26
2-Minute Mobility, Day 2: 2 minutes Arm Circles
Ten, Day 2

The workout
Knee Push-Ups to failure: 19
One & Done: Butt Kicks, Day 27
2-Minute Mobility, Day 3: 30 seconds each Hip Rotations (left and right), 60 seconds Torso Rotations
Ten, Day 3 -- Between the Push-Ups and this workout, I did something to my left arm. I hope it's just overexertion.

How's the left arm feeling now?
It still feels a bit weaker, but not like it did a few days ago. I appreciate the follow up.

The workout
Elbow Plank to failure: 00:02:10 -- Left shoulder still bothering me somewhat.
2-Minute Mobility, Day 4: 30 seconds each Hip Rotations (left and right), 60 seconds Torso Rotations
Ten, Day 7

I was already having trouble with rest and then daylight saving time had to come along and wreck my sleep schedule more. Thanks, "modern" life.
